Calibrated Inspection Equipment

Marksman Metals Co. Inc. is fully committed to delivering the highest quality products and services. Our quality requires precise measurements, to ensure our products are the best, we use an extensive list of calibrated inspection and measuring tools. Our state-of-the-art equipment includes:

Fabrivision Electronic Inspection Machine: Provides a comparison between your CAD file and the flat parts. This reduces inspection time, takes out the errors’ of traditional measuring instruments and generates inspection reports. The Fabrivision will also do reverse engineering and is designed specifically for precision sheet metal fabrication.

Portable Romer CMM: The Romer has a removable arm that goes where traditional CMM’s can’t! It is ideal for dimensional inspection with a measuring range of up to 4 feet!

Calipers, Pin Gauges, and Product Specific Inspection Equipment: Used throughout our processes to ensure we maintain quality compliance and requirements during each stage of the product build.
