Our fully automated, preprogrammed fiber laser systems function as a Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS) to maximize productivity, speed, and capacity while minimizing costs. To complement this, we utilize turret presses for enhanced versatility, offering a cost-effective alternative for projects where lasers are not suitable. This dual-technology approach ensures your project is completed using the most effective and economical method available.

Our high-capacity laser cutting systems operate around the clock, utilizing automated material handling, integrated setup protocols, and synchronized information flow to maximize throughput. To further enhance our production flexibility, we utilize a suite of CNC turrets. These systems efficiently manage specialized tasks beyond the scope of laser processing, providing a cost-effective solution for complex geometries while maintaining high productivity.

(1) Mitsubishi Advanced 8000 Watt Fiber Optics Laser
Our Mitsubishi 8000W Fiber Optic Laser is engineered for high-volume, precision manufacturing. It processes plate steel, aluminum, and stainless steel up to 1” thick at speeds exceeding 3,000 IPM, delivering up to 4 times the productivity of traditional CO2 systems while minimizing through low-maintenance optics.
